1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

- Standard Free Shipping: 10-12 business days.

- Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. International Shipping

On top of delivering products within the U.S, Canada, and Mexico, we currently offer international shipping to countries in Central and South America, including Brazil. These orders have a delivery time of 2-4 weeks excluding non-business days. For future updates on international shipping, please check back with us.

5. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

IMAG, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages. However, if your package is lost, please contact us at Imagllc08@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damaged product for a replacement or refund.
